The role: As an Operator, you will help drive our goals by: Processing, refining and fabricating precious metals and chemical products through a range of operational activities Following written and verbal operating procedures to complete production tasks safely and accurately Monitoring and controlling multiple process operations while maintaining product quality and efficiency Performing routine testing and checks to support process control and product specifications Maintaining accurate production records and ensuring full traceability of materials throughout the process Supporting housekeeping, waste handling and continuous improvement activities to maintain a safe, organized workplace

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to apply scientific or technical knowledge in a manufacturing or processing environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining quality standards
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment and using Microsoft Office applications
