About The Position
Arcon Equipment Co., a subsidiary of All Lift Service Company, is hiring a motivated Industrial Battery & Charger Service Technician to join their growing team. This role involves performing planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial batteries and battery charging systems, both in the shop and at customer locations. While battery and charger experience is a plus, the company emphasizes dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, offering training to the right candidate. Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Your own hand tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to grow

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial batteries and chargers
- Diagnose and repair battery and charging system issues
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment in the field and in the shop
- Complete accurate service reports and communicate findings clearly with customers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Represent Arcon Equipment Co. with outstanding customer service
