Industrial Battery & Charge Service Technician
About The Position
Arcon Equipment Co., a subsidiary of All Lift Service Company, is hiring a motivated Industrial Battery & Charger Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving mechanical and electrical problems, and want to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its people, we'd like to hear from you. In this role, you'll perform planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial batteries and battery charging systems — both in our shop and at customer locations. Battery and charger experience is a plus, but what matters most is dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We'll train the right person.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Your own hand tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to grow
Nice To Haves
- Battery and charger experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial batteries and chargers
- Diagnose and repair battery and charging system issues
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment in the field and in the shop
- Complete accurate service reports and communicate findings clearly with customers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Represent Arcon Equipment Co. with outstanding customer service
