About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Batch Mixer to precisely measure and manufacture HT Sports Coatings according to formulation while maintaining a 6S work environment. The ideal candidate will also be capable of performing lab testing and troubleshooting mixing issues.
Requirements
- 2 years of mixing experience.
- Ability to operate a variety of forklift types with precision and safety.
- Flexibility to assist in other areas as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Must be organized, team-oriented, and collaborative.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Precisely measure and mix materials according to formulation.
- Operate large capacity mixer.
- Package product for storage and shipment.
- Label product according to guidelines and state regulatory requirements.
- Perform basic lab testing and communicate with Chemist for adjustments.
- Troubleshoot mixing issues to improve performance.
- Troubleshoot mixing equipment for maintenance.
- Ensure all production products pass QC before being inventoried.
- Complete understanding and adherence to 6S Manufacturing.
