Reporting to the Induction Maintenance Crew Leader, the Induction Maintenance Lead Hand will work alongside the existing Maintenance Lead Hand and will collectively be responsible for supervision and guidance of AME’s, personnel allocation, and scheduling. Independently, the Lead Hand may be required to manage their own maintenance projects. Able to work under varying supervision on aircraft undergoing conversion to Air Tankers, including heavy maintenance, troubleshooting and major component replacements. Able to operate independently and exercise good judgment. This position is based in Abbotsford.
