About The Position

Gramian Consultancy is seeking PhD-level Psychology professionals who are fluent in both Indonesian and English to join an innovative AI training project. In this role, you will leverage your psychology expertise to analyze case studies, create culturally appropriate psychological scenarios, and assess AI-generated content for its accuracy, ethical implications, and adherence to psychological best practices. Prior experience with AI is not necessary; your psychology background is the primary requirement.

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology or a closely related psychology discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical, academic, research, or applied psychology.
• Native or near-native Indonesian proficiency.
• Strong English proficiency, including the ability to communicate complex psychological terminology accurately.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience developing, reviewing, or evaluating psychological case studies, assessments, or research materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ethical judgment and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess psychological case studies, documentation, and scenarios, providing expert feedback and insights.
• Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Indonesian and English.
• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
• Review psychological concepts across Indonesian and English to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychology-focused perspectives and recommendations.
• Document evaluation processes, findings, and reasoning clearly and systematically.
• Identify cultural or linguistic nuances that may influence the interpretation of psychological content.
• Provide insights that help improve AI systems' understanding and generation of psychology-related content.
