About The Position

Gramian Consultancy is seeking Indonesian-speaking Psychiatrists to lend their clinical expertise to a cutting-edge AI training initiative. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and assessing intricate psychiatric case studies, evaluating AI-generated mental health materials, and offering expert feedback that is informed by Indonesian clinical practices, cultural nuances, and ethical guidelines. Prior experience with AI is not necessary; your psychiatric knowledge is the primary requirement.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent).
  • Completed psychiatry residency.
  • Valid medical license or appropriate professional registration.
  • Native or near-native Indonesian proficiency.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian clinical and cultural perspectives on mental health.
  • Strong ethical judgment and ability to work with sensitive mental health content.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies for AI training and evaluation.
  • Conduct expert psychiatric assessments and provide annotations reflecting Indonesian clinical practices and perspectives.
  • Review AI-generated mental health content for clinical accuracy, safety, ethical considerations, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Produce clear and precise documentation and analysis in both Indonesian and English.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, clinicians, and interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Apply appropriate ethical standards when reviewing sensitive psychiatric content and maintain confidentiality.
  • Contribute to bilingual frameworks for accurate communication of psychiatric concepts.
  • Provide expert feedback on how AI systems evaluate and reason about mental health scenarios.
  • Identify clinically inaccurate, culturally inappropriate, or potentially harmful outputs.
