Requirements
- College degree with one year of experience or a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of three years of supervised experience in implementing positive behavior support plans and teaching ADL/Instrumental skills to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following established protocols and guidelines

Responsibilities
- Implementing individualized service plans
- Providing behavioral interventions in home and community settings
- Actively managing youth with behavioral challenges
- Developing and initiating safety standards
- Instructing youth on positive behavioral practices
- Monitoring and documenting observations of youth behavior
- Allowing for necessary modifications to daily activities that align with therapeutic goals
- Developing and implementing engaging recreational activities that support the emotional and social growth of the youth
- Ensuring they have a clean and secure environment to thrive in
