About The Position

River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, dependable, and adaptable individuals to join their team as Individual Support Workers (ISWs). In this role, you will provide direct support and daily assistance to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
Must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication monitoring.
Assist with community outings, transportation, and appointments.
Instruct and encourage individuals in developing basic personal, social, academic, and vocational skills.
