The Indirect Sales Channel Consultant will report directly to the Manager - Indirect Sales to ensure that the indirect channel attains its stated revenue, agent development and customer service objectives. The Indirect Sales Channel Consultant provides assistance to agents, wholesale providers,and the Manager-Indirect Sales. This role is a key contributor in obtaining revenue growth in these business segments. The consultant will drive agent portal development and provide support to the channel (both internal and external). They will conduct agent onboarding to ensure the indirect partners have all the tools to meet sales objectives. The Indirect Sales Channel Consultant will also submit orders for upgrades, adds, changes, and disconnect orders for existing wholesale accounts. The role will be crucial to help manage agent opportunity requests and wholesale provider requests supporting the Manager-indirect Sales and our TDS product offerings out in the field. This includes both presale and post-sale activities, drafting support material for presentations, creation, support of standard training material for product and promotional activities, proposal generation, drafting contracts, entering orders for existing wholesale accounts into Salesforce, and a key resource for agents on any questions they have regarding agent leads. The Indirect Sales Channel Consultant will assist with order completion from contract to implementation by working closely with the support teams within the sales organization along with communications to the agents and wholesale providers.
