Pacific Fusion is seeking a highly organized and proactive Indirect Purchasing & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for managing all indirect purchasing activities, coordinating service providers, supporting office and facility operations, and ensuring employees have the tools, supplies, and services they need to be successful. As an early member of the Operations team, you will help establish scalable purchasing and operational processes while partnering closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, Finance, and Supply Chain. This role requires someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
