About The Position

Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is looking for an Indirect Lending Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a proactive, results-driven professional who excels at building strong relationships, prioritizing dealership needs, driving business growth, and overcoming challenges to achieve results. As Indirect Lending Representative, you’ll develop relationships with reputable dealerships and market our product to help expand the indirect business model. Also, you will meet with dealership personnel and sell our value proposition to increase indirect loan volume. CCU is a dynamic company that implements process improvements and changes frequently. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to change and will be able to steadily perform and react in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 5+ years' experience in sales, underwriting, or financial institutions
Proven ability to build relationships, generate business, negotiate effectively, and drive results.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Solicits business from current and prospective auto dealerships.
Build rapport with the decision makers at the dealerships along with educating them on our products and services.
Responsible for getting the dealer sign-up packages complete for all new dealers.
Assists the indirect loan processor with retrieving the proper documentation on the contracts from the dealers and follow approved applications.
Reviews and updates all dealership clients using internal contracts system annually.
