Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum
Proven ability to build relationships, generate business, negotiate effectively, and drive results.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently and identify new business opportunities.

Nice To Haves

5+ years' experience in sales, underwriting, or financial institutions - Preferred

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with reputable dealerships and market CCU's product to help expand the indirect business model.
Meet with dealership personnel and sell CCU's value proposition to increase indirect loan volume.
Solicit business from current and prospective auto dealerships.
Build rapport with decision makers at dealerships along with educating them on CCU's products and services.
Responsible for getting the dealer sign-up packages complete for all new dealers.
Assist the indirect loan processor with retrieving the proper documentation on the contracts from the dealers and follow approved applications.
Review and update all dealership clients using internal contracts system annually.
