Thank you for your interest in joining the Nusenda team! We are currently seeking an Indirect Lending Processor to join our Finance and Lending team. You will be responsible for assisting in auditing and funding of Auto and RV loans for the Indirect Lending program by providing clerical and administrative support needed to process new loans. You will also open memberships and request necessary documentation to complete loan packages.

Requirements

  • One to three years of similar or related experience
  • Equivalent to a high school education
  • Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc.
  • Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality control audits on all scanned documents.
  • Verify approval amounts, terms, rates, signatures, and any other required documents.
  • Ensure compliance with program guidelines by verifying tier, interest rate, term, LTV, and debt-to-income ratio and verify Proof of Income (POI).
  • Distinguish between co-signer and co-borrower deals as needed.
  • Evaluate decision notes to ensure contractual alignment with credit officer approval.
  • Address credit-related questions and consult with credit officers on exceptions and fee applications.
  • Ensure dealerships are applying credit officer counteroffers and stipulations on contracts and request reapprovals as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate electronic funding delays to dealers based on missing documents, supporting items, corrections or contracts not matching original approvals.
  • Open new accounts for non-members, and update profiles.
  • Process and disburse Indirect Loans.
  • Perform loan servicing corrections and modifications.
