Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets.
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.
Create customized travel itineraries tailored to individual client needs.
Manage travel bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide ongoing travel support before, during, and after client trips.
Market travel services through networking, referrals, social media, and other business development activities.
Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation.
