About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This role involves taking over and growing a local sales territory in the Salt Lake City Metro Area as a 1099 Independent Sales Representative. You will control your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of top-selling items. Your responsibilities will include targeting independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, conducting independent outreach through cold pitching, managing client relationships, and driving volume by facilitating initial orders and securing re-orders via the mobile app.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus, but a strong drive and refusal to give up is essential.
- Comfort with cold pitching and not taking rejection personally.
- Enjoyment of the freedom to run your own day and execute your own sales strategy independently.
- Must provide your own valid driver's license.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers across the Salt Lake City Metro Area (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business selling CPG goods).
- Conducting independent outreach by walking into stores and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing your own client relationships.
- Using the mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
