RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for large middleman distributors by providing a digital platform and fostering face-to-face relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide inventory, a digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to grow their own local sales territory in the Albuquerque Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a vast product catalog.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is beneficial, but a strong drive and persistence are key.
• Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and execute your own sales strategy.
• Must provide your own valid driver's license.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities

• Targeting independent retailers across the Albuquerque Metro Area (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods).
• Walking into stores, engaging with decision-makers, and pitching the RepRally platform.
• Prospecting new stores, building trust with owners, and managing client relationships.
• Using a mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts for continuous, high-volume re-orders.
