About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by combining a digital platform with personal relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while RepRally provides inventory, a digital catalog, and logistics. This role involves taking over and growing a local sales territory in the San Francisco Metro Area as a 1099 Independent Sales Representative. You will operate your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of items.
Requirements
- Sales or hustle experience; B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting experience is beneficial, but a strong drive is essential.
- Comfort with cold pitching and persistence in closing accounts.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own day, and execute your own sales strategy.
- Must provide your own valid driver's license.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers across the San Francisco Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods.
- Conducting independent outreach by walking into stores, engaging with decision-makers, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Building relationships by prospecting new stores, earning owners' trust, and managing client relationships.
- Driving volume by using a mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
