About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for traditional middlemen distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to manage and grow their own local sales territory in their current Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate as your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items.
Requirements
- Sales or hustle experience; refusal to give up is essential.
- Comfort with cold pitching and not taking 'no' personally.
- Enjoyment of the freedom to run your own day and execute your own sales strategy.
- Must operate as your own entity.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Provide a reliable vehicle.
- Provide a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers across your city and wider Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business selling CPG goods.
- Walking into stores, engaging with decision-makers, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing your own client relationships.
- Using our mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
