About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with CPG brands, bypassing traditional distributors. We combine our digital platform with face-to-face relationships, providing inventory, a digital catalog, and logistics. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust to grow their own book of business. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the Los Angeles Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus, but a strong drive and refusal to give up is essential.
- Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
- Ability to operate independently, manage your own day, and execute your own sales strategy.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Provide a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Provide a smartphone with a data plan.
Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers across the Los Angeles Metro Area (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods).
- Independent outreach, including walking into stores, getting in touch with decision-makers, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Relationship management, including prospecting new stores, earning owner trust, and managing client relationships.
- Driving volume by using a mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
