About The Position

LensCrafters is seeking an independent Doctor of Optometry for a sublease opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role allows optometrists to operate their own private practice within a LensCrafters store, providing high-quality optometric care and services. The optometrist will set their own professional fee schedule and retain all patient revenues for professional services rendered. Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Ability to operate an independent practice.
