Role Overview We are seeking motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Contractors based in British Columbia to expand our client base across key regions such as Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Canadian market
  • Existing business network in British Columbia
  • Familiarity with industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, or professional services

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach local businesses across British Columbia
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Present outsourcing solutions clearly and confidently to decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored service solutions
  • Close deals and build long-term client relationships
