Role Overview We are seeking motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Contractors based in Barrie, Ontario to expand our client base across Barrie and nearby areas such as Orillia, Innisfil, and the Simcoe County region.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the Canadian market
- Existing business network in Barrie or Simcoe County
- Familiarity with industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, or local service businesses
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach local businesses in Barrie and surrounding areas
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Present outsourcing solutions clearly and confidently to business owners and decision-makers
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored service solutions
- Close deals and build long-term client relationships
