About The Position

Paynada is seeking Independent Sales Consultants who want to set their own schedule, grow their own book of business, and generate recurring income by helping local merchants reduce or eliminate payment processing costs. This role is ideal for entrepreneurs and professionals who have built a client base in areas like real estate, mortgage, insurance, or professional services, as the work is relationship-based, local, and compounds over time. There is no territory ceiling or cap on earning potential, and income accrues from a portfolio that the consultant owns. Opportunities for a Fast Start Bonus are available for early momentum, and consultants can earn monthly recurring residual income on qualified retained accounts. Training and support are provided without corporate micromanagement.

Requirements

• Self-directed professionals who are relationship-driven
• Comfortable engaging with business owners
• Strong backgrounds include real estate, mortgage, insurance, financial services, consulting, and franchise ownership
• Payment processing experience is not required
• Must not need leads or structure provided
• Must not need a guaranteed income floor
• Must not be looking for a W-2 employee role with benefits
