By joining PNC’s Independent Risk Management (IRM) Development Program, you are joining a part of a highly competitive 12-month program that will allow you to explore your potential through hands-on experience in a professional environment. The goal of PNC’s IRM Development Program is to develop associates to be able to assess and identify risks that could impede the strategy, reputation, operations, or financial success of the organization. During this 12-month rotational program, associates work with risk management professionals to maintain PNC’s emphasis on effective risk management while adhering to the enterprise risk appetite. Associates will engage in a collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience with the key components of PNC’s risk framework. Your involvement will include activities such as data analysis and metrics, policy and procedures development, research, communications, reporting, and participation in meetings with key regulatory stakeholders. The program contains four rotations including an Enterprise Risk or an Operational Risk rotation, as well as having an opportunity to rotate through any of the areas below. This will provide exposure to different areas within IRM and across PNC.
