Do you enjoy balancing team coordination with hands-on care, ensuring every resident receives the attention and support they need? 75 State Street is seeking a compassionate and organized Independent Living Team Coordinator to support daily operations and resident services within our community. In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate team schedules, support care plan management, and ensure accurate documentation and billing processes, while also providing direct care to residents as needed. You’ll partner closely with the Independent Living team and leadership to maintain consistent staffing, respond to changing resident needs, and deliver high-quality, person-centered services. Every day, your work will help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that enhances residents’ independence and well-being.
