About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Independent Living Services Program Manager in the Bay Area of California, for our San Jose/Marina branch office! This is NOT a remote work opportunity. Our company began in 2015 with one branch office which has expanded to several offices in California. We provide services to supportive living, independent living, mental health, behavioral health for intellectually disabled individuals in their personal residence. This is not a facility or home.

Requirements

  • Management experience in the assisted living community or private homes overseeing a workforce of employees in multi-units or cities.
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity and experience with Electronic Health Records systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with San Andreas Regional Center
  • Experience working with the Regional Center staff
  • Experience managing/owning a business
  • Experience in leadership roles for Supportive or Independent Living services for Intellectually Disabled Individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing current trends and developing plans that ensure the progress and success of clients.
  • Responsible for developing strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in reviewing budgets and business plans.
  • Establish a culture of top level quality service delivery.
  • Forming strong internal relationships.
  • Being a strong advocate of clients rights so they are treated fairly.
  • Support effective employee relations.
  • Maintaining a high level degree of confidentiality.
  • Keep your branch audit ready at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
