As an Independent Living Skills (ILS) Instructor, you will work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities to help them build the skills needed for greater independence. You will provide individualized instruction in areas such as problem-solving, home management, and social skills. Your role is to support clients in building confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in their communities. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with opportunities for advancement.
