About The Position

ETTA, a respected non-profit organization, is seeking a Farsi-speaking Support Staff member for its Supported Living Services (SLS) department. This role involves supporting an adult male with intellectual and developmental disabilities, specifically autism or other developmental disabilities. The position requires a male staff member due to religious reasons. Paid training is provided. ETTA has been dedicated to improving the lives of adults with special needs since 1993.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be a licensed driver for a minimum of three years.
Must have an insured vehicle with your name listed as an authorized driver.
Must be willing to drive with a client in your vehicle.
Farsi speaking ability.
Live Scan (DOJ / FBI) background check required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Autism.
Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
Experience as a Caregiver.
Experience as 1:1 Support Staff.
Experience in Human Services.

Responsibilities
