About The Position
CinemaTech is seeking an independent contractor installer to travel throughout the US, primarily in TX and CO, to install luxury home theater interiors. This role involves meticulous installation of various theater components, requiring a high level of detail and craftsmanship. The company emphasizes excellence, trust, and long-term relationships, operating in a high-expectation, high-performance environment.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel 2 to 3 times per month throughout the US, mostly in TX and CO.
- Ability to complete theater installations typically within 5-7 days, occasionally longer.
- Basic carpentry skills.
- Willingness to be trained.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.
- Absolute dependability.
- Willingness to submit to a background check, drug test, and physical examination.
Nice To Haves
- Trim carpentry skills are a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Installation of track, acoustic panels, and stretched fabric.
- Installation of fiber optic ceilings, door treatments, theater seating, and wood components.
- Ensuring installations are perfect and meet high-quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean job site, leaving it cleaner than found.
- Communicating effectively with CinemaTech team members, contractors, clients, and end users.
- Demonstrating absolute dependability.
