About The Position

Svetness is actively seeking exceptional, independent personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences in clients' homes and other agreed-upon locations. This is a mobile, in-person training opportunity where trainers can choose client opportunities based on location, schedule, service needs, offered fee, and travel preferences. Trainers control their availability, service area, and professional approach, maintaining their independence while operating their own fitness business. Svetness facilitates client matching, scheduling, billing, and administrative support.

Requirements

• Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential accepted for the applicable service.
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable.
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to safely provide personal training services.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations chosen.
• Successful completion of applicable credential and background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on professional judgment and client goals, needs, preferences, and safety considerations.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely, professionally, and within the scope of qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use professional exercise equipment as determined appropriate, unless equipment is available at the client's location or specific arrangements are agreed upon.
• Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, session verification, billing, communication, safety/incident reporting, and other administrative purposes.
• Provide additional client-specific services only when disclosed and accepted as part of the engagement.
