About The Position

Svetness is actively seeking exceptional, independent personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences in clients' homes and other local community settings. This is a mobile, in-person training opportunity where trainers can choose client engagements based on location, schedule, service needs, offered fee, and travel preferences. Trainers maintain control over their schedule, service area, professional approach, and can continue to work with other clients or companies. Svetness facilitates client matching, scheduling, billing, and administrative support.

Requirements

Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential accepted for the applicable service
Current CPR/AED certification where applicable
Professional fitness knowledge and experience
Strong communication and client-service skills
Ability to safely provide personal training services
Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept
Successful completion of applicable credential and background-screening requirements

Responsibilities

Provide individualized personal training services.
Design training programs based on professional judgment, client goals, needs, preferences, and safety considerations.
Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
Provide services safely, professionally, and within the scope of qualifications and credentials.
Maintain required certifications and credentials.
Provide or use professional exercise equipment as determined appropriate for the engagement, unless equipment is available at the client's location or otherwise agreed upon.
Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, completed-session verification, billing, communication, safety or incident reporting, and other administrative purposes.
Provide additional client-specific services only when disclosed and accepted as part of the engagement.
