About The Position
We are seeking experienced Independent Freight Agents with an active book of business who desire a modern, tech-enabled platform designed for growth and independence. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with at least one active shipper customer who wish to have complete control over their income. We provide advanced tools, comprehensive back-office support, and a fully remote work environment.
Requirements
- At least one active shipper customer with regular load activity.
- 6+ months Independent Freight Agent experience OR 2+ years logistics sales and dispatch experience.
- Strong communication and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable operating as a 1099 contractor.
- Brokerage MC handling cradle to grave experience.
- Based in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Manage an active book of business.
- Onboard new shipper customers.
- Handle brokerage MC operations from cradle to grave.
- Move freight within U.S., Canada, and Mexico lanes.
- Utilize AIGentech Technology including in-system bidding and AI load building.
- Leverage dynamic pricing and real-time tracking.
- Ensure carrier monitoring and document control.
