New Independent Executive Search Consultant (1099 - Remote)
About The Position
Augmentis, the executive search and talent augmentation arm of The Work In Me, LLC, is seeking Independent Executive Search Consultants (1099 partners) to join their growing team. Augmentis specializes in placing Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering professionals, primarily serving energy, manufacturing, aerospace, and PE-backed companies across the United States. This is a boutique firm focused on consultative client relationships and strategic search methodology. As an independent consultant, you will have the autonomy to run your own desk while receiving infrastructure and brand support, including CRM/ATS access, collaboration tools, sourcing partner support, and mentorship from leadership.
Requirements
- Agency recruiting experience in any capacity or independent search (all levels of experience welcome)
- Strong communication skills and a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Self-motivation and discipline to manage your own pipeline and production
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven methodology (The Augmentis Method)
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to quality placements over quick transactions
Nice To Haves
- Experience recruiting in accounting, finance, procurement, engineering, or operations
- Familiarity with the energy, manufacturing, or aerospace sectors
- An existing book of business or client relationships
- Experience with CRM/ATS platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships across target industries (energy, manufacturing, aerospace, PE-backed companies, and more)
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: job order intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement management
- Execute both permanent/direct-hire executive searches and temporary/contract placements
- Maintain real-time activity logs, candidate tracking, and deal progress in our CRM
- Collaborate with Augmentis leadership and sourcing partners on active searches
- Represent the Augmentis brand with professionalism and consultative expertise
