About The Position

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for others. As an Independent Destination Advisor, you will support clients in planning and coordinating personalized getaways, bucket-list adventures, leisure trips, and special-occasion experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, organization, and creative problem-solving. No previous industry experience is required training and ongoing support are provided.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must reside in the U.S., Australia, Mexico, or the U.K.
Reliable internet and a personal device (laptop or computer recommended)
Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
Willingness to complete training and stay engaged with ongoing learning

Responsibilities

Assist clients with selecting destinations, accommodations, and curated experience options
Provide recommendations based on client interests, budgets, and travel styles
Research itineraries, activities, and unique destination highlights
Coordinate reservations, logistics, and client preferences
Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process
Utilize industry tools to source information and organize client details
Stay up to date on destination trends, seasonal opportunities, and experience options
Deliver professional, friendly, and personalized service
