About The Position
We are seeking an experienced independent contractor for ongoing painting and light drywall repair work in the Belleville/Trenton area. The work includes interior apartment painting, wall and ceiling touch-ups, light drywall repairs and patching, sanding, priming, and finishing, and turnover punch-list corrections.
Requirements
- Proven experience with residential painting and drywall patching
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Valid WSIB and liability insurance
- Clean, professional workmanship
- Ability to meet set timelines
