About The Position
Pathmark Transportation is looking for quality independent contractors of carriers for OTR Road in our Savannah, GA Location. You must own your own truck and authority. You will be loading and unloading as requested by the customer. A handheld scanner is utilized to capture data on all cartons and deliveries must be made within the specified window. Must be able to maintain a steady pace while operating safely and provide a professional and positive experience for our customer.
Requirements
- Must own your own truck and authority
- Must have a valid authority for up to 1 year
- Provide valid insurance that meets company standards
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading freight up to 70LBS
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Provide excellent customer service
- Report any issues or discrepancies related to delivery or equipment promptly
