About The Position
Pathmark Transportation is looking for quality independent contractors of carriers for OTR Road in our Savannah, GA Location. You must own your own truck and authority. You will be loading and unloading as requested by the customer for delivery routes. A handheld scanner is utilized to capture data on all cartons and deliveries must be made within a specified window. Must be able to maintain a steady pace while operating safely and provide a professional and positive experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Must own your own truck and authority
- Must have a valid authority for up to 1 year
- Provide a valid insurance that meets company standards
Responsibilities
- Must be able to handle freight up to 70LBS
- Maintain accurate record of deliveries and pickups
- Provide excellent customer service
- Report any issues or discrepancies related to delivery or equipment promptly.
