About The Position

NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route within our established Indianapolis, IN operation. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a cargo van looking for a consistent weekday route with strong earning potential. Requirements

Cargo Van
Vehicle must be 2013 model year or newer.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Own a vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
Successfully complete our pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes: Driving History Review (past 36 months), Criminal Background Check, Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.

Responsibilities

Ensure packages are loaded, organized, and delivered safely and on time while maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and exceptional service.
Utilize GPS or mapping software to efficiently navigate your route while maximizing productivity throughout the day.
Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional, friendly, and dependable service at every stop.
Adapt quickly to changing delivery needs while maintaining accurate and timely deliveries.
Load, scan, and organize packages for the INDIS31 delivery area before departing.
