This role involves full apartment turnovers, including demo, drywall, flooring, kitchen and bathroom installations, painting, finishing, and renovation punch-list completion. We provide a pre-approved price list, all renovation materials, and clear scopes of work with scheduling.
Requirements
- Proven experience with full apartment renovations
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Valid WSIB and liability insurance
- Strong workmanship and ability to meet timelines
