About The Position

ClaimsPro LP is seeking Independent Contract Adjusters for temporary assignments, primarily focusing on Desktop Property Adjusting for residential or commercial claims. These roles offer the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Canada. Current assignments are for 3-6 months, requiring licensing in Ontario/Alberta or QC, and a 3-month assignment requiring Manitoba licensing. As part of Canada's largest independent adjusting firm, you will have access to proprietary claims management software and competitive compensation.

Requirements

At least 3 years of claims experience.
Valid adjuster’s licenses required in province of residence or any other Canadian province (according to regulations).
Must reside in Canada.
Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive).

Nice To Haves

Experience and knowledge of Xactimate / Xactware.
Special licenses and certifications.
Bilingualism.

Responsibilities

Perform Desktop Property Adjusting for residential or commercial claims.
Manage claims remotely from any region in Canada.
Utilize ClaimsPro’s proprietary claims management software.
Effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations.
Provide proactive and positive customer service, ensuring timely handling of inquiries.
