About The Position

Surf On Demand is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to join as Independent Charter Brokers. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position ideal for experienced brokers, aviation sales professionals, or motivated entrepreneurs. Brokers will leverage the company's global brand, SurfOS software platform, and 24/7 support infrastructure to build and grow their own business. The role offers complete freedom over client relationships, schedule, and business development strategy, while benefiting from the power and reach of a recognized name in private aviation.

Requirements

• Experienced in private aviation, luxury travel, or high-ticket sales.
• Established client book or strong network within private aviation preferred.
• Skilled at consultative selling, relationship building, and closing complex deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
• Familiar with aviation platforms such as Avinode

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of private jet clients and corporate accounts.
• Structure and close high-value charter and membership deals across all aircraft classes.
• Deliver a premium, white-glove experience for clients from inquiry to touchdown.
• Leverage Surf On Demand’s SurfOS platform for quoting, trip management, and CRM tracking.
• Collaborate with our internal 24/7 operations team to ensure flawless execution.
• Represent the Surf On Demand and Surf Air brands professionally at FBOs, events, and in client meetings.
