Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) required

Nice To Haves

BS/BA in Business Fashion Merchandising or Supply Chain, preferred
1-3 years Retail / Wholesale experience (B2B Preferred)

Responsibilities

Resolve issues with purchase orders such as routing, labeling, first cost, EDI transmission issues, and UPC set-up by partnering with DC staff, sales, demand, and customers
Foster relationships with Independent customers to enhance partnerships and create excellent customer service
Facilitate collaboration with brand partners and logistics as needed to resolve data, timing, shipping issues and accelerations as needed
Create and execute on strategies that optimize our business objectives while reducing risks related to intellectual property in the areas of product design, distribution, and marketing
Partnering with the team to identify consistent issues and take action to create/ implement new efficiencies or processes
Follow up on delivery to proactively monitor and resolve problems affecting better profit and timeliness of delivery
