About The Position

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly motivated Account Coordinator to support our Account Management team in the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior agency, event marketing, automotive, or beauty brand experience who is looking to grow their career in client services and program management.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, agency account services, automotive marketing, beauty brand marketing, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting live events, brand activations, trade shows, mobile tours, or promotional programs preferred
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to jump where needed
  • Fast thinker who can quickly assess situations and move things forward
  • Creative mindset: able to come up with solutions, not just follow instructions
  • Able to connect the dots and suggest ideas or improvements along the way
  • Open to supporting other areas of the business as needed for exposure and team support

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day program execution
  • Assist with planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Coordinate staffing needs, schedules, training materials, and event communications.
  • Manage project timelines, task trackers, and status reports.
  • Help track budgets, invoices, and expenses
  • Support travel arrangements for staff and internal teams
  • Prepare logistics documents, schedule, and run-of-shows
  • Assist with inventory tracking, shipping, and asset management
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Staffing, Production, Finance)
  • Support onsite event execution when required, including evenings, weekends, and travel.
  • Assist with special projects, research events, and compiling information as needed.
  • Help identify potential issues and proactively assist in finding solutions before they impact the program.
  • Handling administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly
