We are building a high-performance independence program for neurodivergent teens and young adults (ages 13–22). This role is not traditional caregiving but rather a 'Transition Architect' position. You will work 1-on-1 in community and home environments, providing expert care while pushing clients to achieve greater independence. The ideal candidate will be the 'calm in the storm,' with extensive experience managing aggressive behaviors and high-intensity meltdowns, possessing tactical training for emergency situations with grace and clinical precision. The program aims to move learning from the classroom into real-world settings like gyms, transit, and workplaces, focusing on relationship-building, sensory regulation, and the 'Dignity of Risk.'
