About The Position

Valitas is seeking ambitious individuals for Incoming Value Creation Analysts, starting in July 2026. The role involves a six-month professional development program with exposure to various Valitas projects, aiming for Career Track opportunities for top performers who thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-accountability culture. Analysts will accelerate their development through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, working directly with senior management to enhance the firm’s operating system and gain a deep understanding of real operating challenges and value-creation levers. As they progress, they will take on greater responsibility across more complex, high-impact projects. Valitas was founded ten years ago to address the unmet need to engineer transformational outcomes for private company shareholders serious about realizing their full value potential. Their goal is to increase clients' shareholder value by $1 billion by 2030, unlocking at least $100 million for each client, and they work with no more than four clients at a time to ensure senior focus. Valitas attributes its success to delivering exceptional outcomes through its Shareholder Value Architect system, bringing extensive experience navigating mission-critical projects (over 30 years working on transactions worth more than $80 billion), and building lasting partnerships. The firm offers a unique opportunity to work on long-term, high-impact projects that combine corporate finance, investment banking, strategy, and data science to help private company shareholders unlock transformative value.
