Requirements

  • High school diploma or related technical degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and receiving quality.
  • Experience interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge in the use of measurement and inspection equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Skills in data analysis, numerical calculations, and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, identify, and inspect materials to validate compliance with quality requirements.
  • Support activities related to PPAP and annual supplier evaluations.
  • Monitor processes, procedures, and quality standards for materials and components.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to identify root causes and support the implementation of effective solutions.
  • Analyze inspection information and data to ensure timely and accurate decisions.
  • Utilize measurement and inspection equipment to verify established specifications and tolerances.
  • Maintain quality records and documentation in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement in all activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
