Incoming Inspection Associate- 1st shift

Requirements
- Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient using Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Proficient with basic math and arithmetic.
- Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18+
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as needed
- Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist with machine setups and changeovers (as trained)
- Accurately enter and maintain data within PE/QAD/Infinity systems; ability to learn and utilize additional systems as required.
- Learn, understand, and complete required documentation related to fabric production processes.
- Adhere to all quality standards and procedures.
- Prepare and generate test product samples and coordinate submission to laboratories for testing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
