About The Position

ISN was established in 2001 and is a global leader in contractor and supplier management. We work closely with a variety of household-name clients in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and the Middle East to connect them with safe and reliable contractors and suppliers and incorporate a level of due diligence in the contractor management process. We’re seeking an experienced Income Tax Manager to join our growing Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong tax provision and compliance experience, thrives in a multinational environment, and is ready to lead and influence across a global organization. You will play a key role in managing tax operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping scale processes as ISN continues to expand.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of corporate tax experience (income tax filing, provisions, and research)
  • Leadership experience with ability to guide and influence teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
  • Experience with transfer pricing
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred
  • Public company experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions
  • Review income tax returns, workpapers, and filings; monitor tax law changes
  • Manage and review tax GL account reconciliations
  • Oversee tax workpapers, including taxable income and estimate calculations
  • Partner with internal teams, external firms, and authorities on audits and tax inquiries
  • Support tax budgeting and forecasting
  • Analyze and interpret tax legislation and regulatory changes
  • Support multinational income tax compliance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive corporate tax and business objectives
  • Lead and contribute to process improvement and compliance initiatives (ISO/QMS)
