About The Position

Land O'Lakes is hiring a part-time Intern to work with our Eurest team. You will be responsible for interacting with customers and other employees in a friendly and courteous manner.

Requirements

Active with Inclusive Networking Program
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
The associate is regularly required to stand and frequently walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Replenishes supplies for the kitchen, coffee shop and C-Store, including but not limited to stocking product and supplies in all areas.
Help in the dish room, putting away dishes and utensils, and other duties as assigned.
Required to replenish condiments and beverages to all areas while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
Greets customers courteously and interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Relays relevant concerns from customers directly to supervisors.
Enters orders accurately into the POS devise, accepts charge payments – agreed upon by supervisor.
Prepares coffee to be brewed, setting up beverage to be made, and if agreed upon by job coach, prepares beverage orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes - agreed upon by supervisor
Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area.
Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during service as assigned.
Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following prescribed production standards.
